half way there

20 weeks and half way there! I would love to say something about time flying and can't "hardly believe I'm this far," but to be honest I feel like I've been pregnant for forever! I'm slowing growing out of my pants and have aspirations of finding a cute (is there such a thing?) pair of maternity pants asap.

Instead of wishing the next twenty weeks away, I really want to enjoy the stage of life that God has me in as well as do things that will be harder once the baby is here. Such as... sleep in, spend lots of time with students, enjoy having Hank all to myself, and having uninterrupted quiet times. Also, in the next twenty weeks, I would like to walk more, eat less sweets (even though that is basically the only thing I crave), read "Baby Wise," and organize our closets.

We have lots to do with the nursery before he gets here. One of those things is to buy furniture.. anyone know where to buy a good crib? Auburn is lacking in furniture places, but we're headed to Atl in a couple of weeks. We recently bought bedding at Baby Gap (who knew that Gap sold bedding?) Its nice to at least have that picked out!

i got all of griffin's furniture on craigslist! baby furniture is SUPER (ridiculously) expensive - we wound up paying $55 for the crib and $25 for the changing table (both brand new)!

If you lend someone $20 and never see that person again, it was probably worth it.............................................
